Dancer Sally Molloy is a magnetic force in motion, a performer whose energy appears limitless. During this four-hour shoot she moved relentlessly through a soundtrack of Northern Soul classics alongside her own personal favourites, each track igniting a different mood and intensity. At times her movement was graceful and fluid, at others fiercely athletic, bordering on aggression before dissolving again into moments of slow, thoughtful reflection. Completely immersed in a world of her own creation, she becomes impossible to look away from.
Crowned World Champion at the Blackpool Tower Northern Soul Dance Championships in 2022, Sally possesses a rare and instinctive talent, as though the glorious pulse of Northern Soul runs through her veins. Her connection to the music feels deeply authentic — every spin, kick and movement charged with rhythm, emotion and freedom.
In 2023, when the acclaimed band Texas recorded their single “Keep on Talking”, Sally was invited to star in the accompanying video, a fitting recognition of both her presence and extraordinary ability.
